Return & Exchange
We want you to feel good in every piece you bring home. If something doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, you are welcome to request a return or exchange. All return requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still attached.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
Most regular-priced items are eligible as long as they meet our conditions. However, the following items are not eligible
• Sale or discounted items
• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as non-returnable

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be in their original condition. This means clean, unused, unwashed, with no makeup stains, no deodorant marks, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You may choose any courier service of your preference to send the item back to us. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the shipping fee.
Can I Exchange In-Store
Yes, you can exchange your item at our Johor Bahru store if the item is in stock. Please show your order number to our staff when you visit.
Refunds
We currently offer store credit for returns. Store credit will be issued once we have received and checked the item. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used on any future purchase.
If You Receive a Defective or Wrong Item
We are truly sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and send us clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Final Notes
All items will go through a quality check before approval. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your return once the item reaches us.
